Loved very warm staff and generous sized rooms.
Location was ideal, room was neat, view was fabulous. Very clean rooms and facilities. Wide varieties of decent food at breakfast. Besides, it was relatively near downtown, that worked for us. A truly lovely hotel in West Yarmouth.

Chilled-out base for a 4-night stay. Great beds, CONVENIENT location, spotless. Positioned in the lovely area. Plus, we were 5 mins by foot from Mill Creek Park. Pool was clean, comfortable to sit around.

The hotel in general was not as nice as it appeared on the site and it did not live up to the high recommendations it received. In addition, it was not convenient to the downtown area of Hyannis as I has hoped.

The service was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was good (fresh food and good selection).
We stayed on the lower level. The room was very clean, but was beginning to smell musty.
